On very rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or a refund authorised.


Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving. For advice contact our office. Minimum age for diving is 12 years. A wait of 12 hours but preferably 24 hours, if doing multiple dives, is recommended before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater. Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Please use caution and inform our crew of any medical conditions. Refer to Scuba Diving Safety and Medical Information on this site.


All published prices are indicative only, and are subject to change without notice. All bookings are subject to confirmation.


Locals are classed as residents living between Cooktown and Innisfail. Locals ID (drivers licensed with local address, or any document with a local address) must be presented at check-in.


  • Online Booking: Upon receipt of your booking with credit card payment, you will receive email confirmation, confirming availability.
  • Online Enquiry: Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment details.
  • We will provide you with a printable confirmation voucher via email, detailing your date of travel, pick up points, costs and any other relevant information.

Bookings made via www.silverseries.com.au or any authorised web affiliates are to be confirmed 24 hours prior to travel with Silver Series. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Fields marked with * on the Reservation form must be completed before choosing “Request a Reservation”. We will advise you of specific reservation Terms and Conditions at the time of requesting a reservation.

All costs shown are in Australian Dollars, or as otherwise indicated, and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • Q: When do I make payment?

    When booking online with SILVER SERIES, payment is made by credit card with payment processed at time of booking. Presentation of a valid Photo ID OR the credit card used at booking is required for verification purposes at check-in on the day of travel.

  • Q: What if the weather is really bad?

    Providing we have availability you are welcome to change dates, or in the worst case scenario, cancel.

  • Q: Can I change dates?

    Yes providing we have availability. There are no fees to change dates, however you must notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to travel.

Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your booking up to 12 midday the day before your scheduled travel without incurring any cancellation fees. Thereafter, up to 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Any refund given will be by the same method payment was made.
A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any fee.


All quotations provided are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and required payment received.
